Seth Kwame Boateng is a multiple award-winning journalist with Multimedia Group. His achievements include the Global Health Reporting Award 2017 and GJA Journalist of The Year for 2014.
He was adjudged the best reporter for the Human Rights Reporting Category, for his Left to Rot documentary, a brilliant piece of journalism that was also won Seth the accolade of West African journalist of the Year at WAMECA.
Seth has been researching, producing, presenting and reporting on human interest stories. His impact-driven stories continue to impact the lives of Ghanaians particularly, the vulnerable.
LEFT-TO-ROT, is a sequel to LOCKED AND FORGOTTEN, a documentary produced in 2015 that unveiled various human right abuses in four of Ghana’s prisons and how that triggered a series of actions by the Chief Justice to address issues raised in that documentary.
