The report throws light on  how Nigerians are robbed of their mobile phones and tend to lose their funds to hackers who access their bank accounts online. It also explores how the central bank in Nigeria can be liable for the fraudulent withdrawal of money from the accounts of bank customers and how the central bank is not doing enough to protect customers.
