Funke Busari is a journalist with the Premium Times in Nigeria. Her story, ‘Case Congestion in Lagos Courts Hinder Access to Justice’, was adjudged winner of the Human Rights category. The story examines an overburdened Nigerian justice system which is under-resourced with a staff of less than 200 overlooking a population of over 200 million.
