Policy Brief: Highlighting the Links between GGE Norms, Human Rights and Ghana’s Cybersecurity Efforts

This policy brief aims at illustrating the links between the United Nations Group of Governmental Experts (GGE) global cyber norms and human rights and Ghana’s national cybersecurity efforts with the view to supporting Ghana to implement the norms in a human-rights respecting manner.
