{"id":4197,"date":"2012-07-13T13:09:06","date_gmt":"2012-07-13T13:09:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mfwa.africafex.org\/?p=4197"},"modified":"2015-12-01T13:11:39","modified_gmt":"2015-12-01T13:11:39","slug":"alerte-gambie-un-reporter-est-arrete-et-mis-en-detention-provisoire","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mfwa.org\/fr\/alerte-gambie-un-reporter-est-arrete-et-mis-en-detention-provisoire\/","title":{"rendered":"ALERTE Gambie : Un reporter est arr\u00eat\u00e9 et mis en d\u00e9tention provisoire"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sidiq Asemota, reporter juridique du journal priv\u00e9 Daily Observer, a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en d\u00e9tention provisoire le 10 juillet 2012 \u00e0 la prison centrale Mile II par le tribunal de grande instance de Banjul pour outrage \u00e0 la Cour.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Selon les sources de la Fondation pour les M\u00e9dias en Afrique de l\u2019Ouest (MFWA), Asemota, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 arr\u00eat\u00e9 dans les locaux du tribunal sur les instructions du juge, M. Emmanuel Nkea, restera en d\u00e9tention provisoire jusqu\u2019au 13 juillet, date \u00e0 laquelle il recomparaitra devant le tribunal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 rapport\u00e9 que M. Nkea a ordonn\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019huissier d\u2019amener Asemota devant lui sinon il serait mis en d\u00e9tention lui-m\u00eame. Aussit\u00f4t apr\u00e8s, le reporter a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en cause.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les sources de la MFWA ont rapport\u00e9 que motif de l\u2019arrestation et de la mise en cause du reporter demeure inconnu. Toutefois, les reporters ont appris plus tard que cette arrestation \u00e9tait au sujet d\u2019un article sign\u00e9 le 9 juillet par Asemota et titr\u00e9 \u00ab Deux personnes condamn\u00e9es pour faux \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il s\u2019agit de la mise en accusation la plus r\u00e9cente d\u2019un journaliste par M. Nkea.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lamin Njie, r\u00e9dacteur adjoint du Daily, un journal priv\u00e9, a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9tenu le 22 juin 2012 sur les ordres de M. Nkea et mis en cause pour outrage \u00e0 la Cour en raison d\u2019une d\u00e9formation du reportage d\u2019une audience.
