d\u00e9lits de presse sont d\u00e9p\u00e9nalis\u00e9s depuis l\u2019adoption en 2010 de la Loi organique portant libert\u00e9 de la presse L\/2010\/002\/CNT\/22 juin 2010.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Toutefois, plusieurs journalistes sont interpell\u00e9s et condamn\u00e9s sur la base de la loi ordinaire sur la Cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 et la protection des Donn\u00e9es \u00e0 caract\u00e8re personnel et, parfois, sur la base du Code p\u00e9nal au d\u00e9triment de la Loi organique r\u00e9gissant le m\u00e9tier des journalistes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durant l\u2019ann\u00e9e \u00e9coul\u00e9e, 2020, et \u00e0 l\u2019or\u00e9e de 2021, de nombreux magistrats sous l\u2019instigation des administrations publiques et op\u00e9rateurs \u00e9conomiques rechignent \u00e0 juger les d\u00e9lits de presse ou d\u00e9lits commis par voie sur la base de la Loi organique portant libert\u00e9 de la presse L\/2010\/002\/CNT\/22 juin 2010.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La MFWA porte une r\u00e9flexion sur cette d\u00e9rive et appelle les autorit\u00e9s guin\u00e9ennes, particuli\u00e8rement les instances judiciaires
