{"id":15147,"date":"2019-05-09T21:59:41","date_gmt":"2019-05-09T21:59:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.mfwa.org\/?p=15147"},"modified":"2019-05-14T17:15:18","modified_gmt":"2019-05-14T17:15:18","slug":"sept-personnes-condamnees-pour-avoir-proteste-contre-un-troisieme-mandat-du-president-conde","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mfwa.org\/fr\/sept-personnes-condamnees-pour-avoir-proteste-contre-un-troisieme-mandat-du-president-conde\/","title":{"rendered":"Sept Personnes Condamn\u00e9es pour Avoir Protest\u00e9 Contre un Troisi\u00e8me Mandat du Pr\u00e9sident Cond\u00e9"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sept membres d\u2019un mouvement d\u2019opposition politique en Guin\u00e9e ont \u00e9t\u00e9, le 7 Mai 2019, condamn\u00e9s \u00e0 trois mois de prison et \u00e0 une amende de 500000 Francs Guin\u00e9en (pr\u00e8s de 54USD) chacun apr\u00e8s avoir tenue une manifestation de protestation contre Alpha Cond\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Boubacar Barry, Thierno Mamoudou Diallo, Mohamed Camara, Amadou Soumah, Sylla Mohamed, Mamadou Cellou Diallo et Mohamed Keita sont tous membres du Front National pour la D\u00e9fense de la Constitution (FNDC), un groupe politique oppos\u00e9 \u00e0 toute modification de la constitution permettant au Pr\u00e9sident Cond\u00e9 de briguer un troisi\u00e8me mandat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 arr\u00eat\u00e9s le 4 Mai 2019 au stade Fode Fissa \u00e0 Kindia, o\u00f9 le pr\u00e9sident \u00e9tait \u00e0 la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie officielle de lancement des festivit\u00e9s marquant le 61<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup>\u00a0 anniversaire de l\u2019ind\u00e9pendance de la Guin\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les sept portaient des t-shirts lorsqu\u2019ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 arr\u00eat\u00e9s et sur lesquels on pouvait &#8220;Ne Touche Pas \u00e0 ma Constitution&#8221;, slogan des opposants \u00e0 l\u2019ambition per\u00e7u du Pr\u00e9sident de briguer un troisi\u00e8me mandat. Ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 accus\u00e9s d &#8221; obstructions aux droits de manifestations et \u00e0 l\u2019ordre public\u2019\u2019 sous l\u2019article 625 et 521 du code p\u00e9nal de la Guin\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Alpha Cond\u00e9, 81 ans, ne s\u2019est pas encore prononc\u00e9 sur la r\u00e9vision constitutionnelle pr\u00e9tendument pr\u00e9vu pour lui permettre de rempiler pour un troisi\u00e8me mandat en 2020. Cependant, ces r\u00e9centes discours ont \u00e9t\u00e9 interpr\u00e9t\u00e9s en ce sens et les autorit\u00e9s deviennent de plus en plus intol\u00e9rantes vis \u00e0-vis des opposants sur les ambitions per\u00e7us du troisi\u00e8me mandat du pr\u00e9sident.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Apr\u00e8s le verdict, les sept activistes, qui ont pass\u00e9 trois jours en d\u00e9tention pr\u00e9ventive, sont retourn\u00e9s en prison sous haute escorte pour purger leurs peines de trois mois.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dans une interview accord\u00e9e aux journalistes \u00e0 la fin de l\u2019audience, l\u2019avocat de la d\u00e9fense, Salif Beavogui a d\u00e9crit le proc\u00e8s comme &#8220;politico-judiciaire&#8221; et de \u2018\u2019honteux\u2019\u2019.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La MFWA trouve ridicule et inacceptable l\u2019arrestation, la d\u00e9tention arbitraire et par la suite la condamnation des sept activistes dans une d\u00e9mocratie. La constitution de la Guin\u00e9e garantit le droit \u00e0 une manifestation pacifique, par cons\u00e9quent nous appelons les autorit\u00e9s au respect de ce droit en tout
