la plus grande, la plus influente et la plus cr\u00e9dible organisation de d\u00e9veloppement des m\u00e9dias et de la libert\u00e9 d\u2019expression en Afrique de l\u2019Ouest;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large XcVN5d tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Traducere\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"fr\">Am\u00e9liorer la capacit\u00e9 de la MFWA \u00e0 mener \u00e0 bien ses projets dans le cadre des programmes Libert\u00e9 d\u2019expression (FOE) et M\u00e9dias et bonne gouvernance (MGG);<\/span><\/li><li class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large XcVN5d tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Traducere\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"fr\">Renforcer la reconnaissance et la pr\u00e9sence de la MFWA dans les espaces FOE continentaux et mondiaux<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p id=\"tw-target-text\" class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large XcVN5d tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Traducere\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"fr\">Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, la structure de gouvernance, les syst\u00e8mes et les politiques qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 institu\u00e9s ont donn\u00e9 \u00e0 la MFWA une base solide et intransigeante sur laquelle elle op\u00e8re. En cons\u00e9quence, les questions de conflit d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eats, d\u2019abus de pouvoir ou de fonds, de violations de droits et autres fautes de ce type sont compl\u00e8tement hors de l\u2019environnement de travail de la Fondation. Celles-ci ont contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un environnement de travail plus propice.<\/span><\/p><p id=\"tw-target-text\" class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large XcVN5d tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Traducere\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"fr\">La visibilit\u00e9 de l\u2019organisation continue \u00e9galement de cro\u00eetre \u00e0 travers la r\u00e9gion, le continent et le monde. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son travail avec les organisations nationales partenaires et \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre d\u2019activit\u00e9s sp\u00e9cifiques dans certains pays de la r\u00e9gion, la marque MFWA est de plus en plus connue au sein de la fraternit\u00e9 des m\u00e9dias et au-del\u00e0. La pr\u00e9sence de l\u2019organisation sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux augmente \u00e9galement avec un nombre de followers et une port\u00e9e accrus.<\/span><\/p><p id=\"tw-target-text\" class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large XcVN5d tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Traducere\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"fr\">L\u2019organisation a \u00e9galement explor\u00e9 d\u2019autres moyens d\u2019am\u00e9liorer les conditions et l\u2019environnement de travail du personnel afin de lui permettre de travailler efficacement. L\u2019organisation a donc d\u00e9m\u00e9nag\u00e9 de son emplacement depuis sa cr\u00e9ation (30 Duade Street, Kokomlemle) \u00e0 son bureau actuel (32 Otele Avenue, East Legon) pour offrir un environnement de travail plus pratique et plus spacieux au personnel. En outre, par le biais du renforcement des capacit\u00e9s, de la motivation et du r\u00e9seautage, l\u2019organisation continue de donner \u00e0 son personnel, quel que soit son niveau, la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019assister et de participer \u00e0 des conf\u00e9rences et autres \u00e9v\u00e9nements nationaux, r\u00e9gionaux, continentaux et mondiaux. L\u2019organisation d\u00e9veloppe \u00e9galement une politique de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration qui rendra la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration et les conditions de service du personnel comp\u00e9titives.<\/span><\/p><p id=\"tw-target-text\" class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large XcVN5d tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Traducere\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"fr\">Tout en explorant les moyens d\u2019am\u00e9liorer les conditions de travail du personnel, la MFWA aide \u00e9galement ses organisations partenaires \u00e0 construire des organisations r\u00e9silientes et durables, un partenaire \u00e0 la fois. Jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, l\u2019organisation a soutenu ses organisations partenaires au B\u00e9nin (Observatoire de la D\u00e9ontologie et de l\u2019\u00c9thique dans les M\u00e9dias \u2013 ODEM) et au Niger (Observatoire Nig\u00e9rien Ind\u00e9pendant des M\u00e9dias pour l\u2019\u00c9thique et la D\u00e9ontologie \u2013 ONIMED) pour d\u00e9velopper des plans strat\u00e9giques et des guides de viabilit\u00e9 financi\u00e8re pour \u00e9clairer respectivement leur programmation et leurs op\u00e9rations et la mobilisation des ressources.<\/span><\/p><p id=\"tw-target-text\" class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large XcVN5d tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Traducere\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"fr\">L\u2019organisation a \u00e9galement mis en \u0153uvre avec succ\u00e8s des activit\u00e9s de projet avec ses organisations partenaires au Burkina Faso, au B\u00e9nin, au Lib\u00e9ria, au S\u00e9n\u00e9gal, en Sierra Leone et au Togo sur la promotion de la gouvernance participative, des \u00e9lections pacifiques et de la libert\u00e9 d\u2019Internet. L\u2019organisation a \u00e9galement travaill\u00e9 avec son organisation partenaire en Gambie, l\u2019Union de la presse gambienne (GPU), pour d\u00e9velopper un cadre strat\u00e9gique global pour une r\u00e9forme et un d\u00e9veloppement \u00e0 long terme du secteur des m\u00e9dias en Gambie.
