{"id":52204,"date":"2026-08-31T15:47:25","date_gmt":"2026-08-31T15:47:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mfwa.org\/?post_type=issues-in-focus&#038;p=52204"},"modified":"2026-08-31T15:53:09","modified_gmt":"2026-08-31T15:53:09","slug":"devenez-membre-de-the-fourth-estate-notre-projet-de-de-journalisme-dinteret-public","status":"publish","type":"issues-in-focus","link":"https:\/\/mfwa.org\/fr\/issues-in-focus\/devenez-membre-de-the-fourth-estate-notre-projet-de-de-journalisme-dinteret-public\/","title":{"rendered":"Devenez membre de The Fourth Estate, notre projet de de journalisme d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat public"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il y a cinq ans, nous avons lanc\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/thefourthestategh.com\/\"><em>The Fourth Estate<\/em><\/a>, notre projet de journalisme d\u2019investigation, avec une mission simple : enqu\u00eater sur des sujets d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat public, mettre au jour les abus et aider les citoyens \u00e0 demander des comptes aux personnes qui exercent le pouvoir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aujourd\u2019hui, nous ouvrons un nouveau chapitre de cette aventure en lan\u00e7ant le <a href=\"https:\/\/membership.thefourthestategh.com\/account\/\">Programme d\u2019adh\u00e9sion de <em>The Fourth Estate<\/em><\/a>, afin de r\u00e9unir une communaut\u00e9 de personnes convaincues de la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de soutenir un journalisme ind\u00e9pendant au service de l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat public.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Depuis le lancement du projet en 2021, les enqu\u00eates men\u00e9es par <em>The Fourth Estate<\/em> ont contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 placer les questions de redevabilit\u00e9 au c\u0153ur de l\u2019agenda national. Ses reportages et ses campagnes ont notamment contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 ce que des centaines de responsables publics se conforment aux obligations de d\u00e9claration de patrimoine, \u00e0 l\u2019annulation ou \u00e0 la r\u00e9vision de contrats controvers\u00e9s de plusieurs millions, ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 des r\u00e9formes dans de nombreux secteurs, notamment dans la gestion des bourses publiques et dans l\u2019inscription au Service national et sa gestion.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>The Fourth Estate<\/em> a \u00e9galement enqu\u00eat\u00e9 sur des march\u00e9s publics douteux, la destruction de r\u00e9serves foresti\u00e8res, l\u2019utilisation abusive des ressources de l\u2019\u00c9tat, ainsi que sur d\u2019autres questions touchant la vie des Ghan\u00e9ens au quotidien.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Derri\u00e8re ces enqu\u00eates se trouve une \u00e9quipe de journalistes, de militants et de d\u00e9fenseurs d\u00e9termin\u00e9s \u00e0 suivre les pistes jusqu\u2019au bout.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ab <em>The Fourth Estate<\/em> a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 parce que nous \u00e9tions convaincus que le Ghana avait besoin d\u2019une r\u00e9daction capable de se consacrer enti\u00e8rement au journalisme d\u2019investigation, sans \u00eatre guid\u00e9e par des int\u00e9r\u00eats commerciaux ou politiques. Cinq ans plus tard, ce besoin est devenu plus important que jamais, et nous devons poursuivre cette mission \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Sulemana Braimah, directeur ex\u00e9cutif de la Fondation des m\u00e9dias pour l\u2019Afrique de l\u2019Ouest (MFWA).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mais un tel journalisme n\u00e9cessite une communaut\u00e9 qui y croit et qui le soutient. C\u2019est pourquoi, alors que nous nous tournons vers l\u2019avenir, nous souhaitons \u00e9largir cette communaut\u00e9 en rassemblant davantage de personnes qui accordent de l\u2019importance au journalisme ind\u00e9pendant et souhaitent contribuer \u00e0 assurer sa p\u00e9rennit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les membres de <em>The Fourth Estate<\/em> peuvent contribuer de diverses mani\u00e8res et b\u00e9n\u00e9ficieront de certains avantages, notamment d\u2019une newsletter r\u00e9serv\u00e9e aux membres, d\u2019un acc\u00e8s en avant-premi\u00e8re \u00e0 certaines enqu\u00eates, d\u2019un accompagnement dans l\u2019utilisation de la loi ghan\u00e9enne relative au droit \u00e0 l\u2019information, ainsi que de <em>The Fourth Estate Connect<\/em>, une communaut\u00e9 qui r\u00e9unit des membres, des journalistes et des acteurs du changement autour d\u2019un objectif commun : contribuer \u00e0 b\u00e2tir une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 meilleure.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019adh\u00e9sion ne se limite pas aux avantages qu\u2019elle offre.
