This programme area, thus, focuses on:

• Continuously monitoring, evaluating and strengthening institutional policies and practices to ensure that they are in line with global best practices
• Ensuring compliance with institutional policies and systems as well as those of our funders to ensure value for money in all we do

• Strengthening the capacity of our staff and those of our national partner organisations across the region for optimal delivery of our projects and programmes

• Communicating results, impact and learnings with our partners and funders to inspire and shape future thinking.
