The report on media development and sustainability in West Africa is a three-part research that focuses on audience mapping and targeting techniques, ownership patterns, and capacity-building models in West Africa.
The aim is to address the seeming absence of contextually relevant data/information on critical media development and sustainability issues in the region. Using data from six countries across Anglophone and Francophone West Africa, the report provides empirical data about the prevailing practices among journalists and media institutions in the region and the associated challenges to enable evidence-based interventions and advocacy.
